PANalytical (formerly Philips Analytical) is the world's leading supplier of instrumentation and software for X-ray diffractometry and X-ray fluorescence spectrometry.

     The headquarters in Almelo, The Netherlands, is using Easy Manage since 1995 to manage 650 PC's with different configurations and 200 telecom devices. 70% of the users are developers, who use most critical applications and often change their applications installed. A satellite site in Acht with 50 PC's are also remotely managed by Easy Manage. Demand Management of PANALYTICAL is very pleased with Easy Manage, because all questions regarding the CMDB could be answered immediately. Atos Origin is managing the ICT for PANalytical since 1998.
